Congres falls into the trap and approve's trip
Through a legislative resolution published yesterday in the official Gazette, the Congress made official the President Ollanta Humala trip to Caracas, Venezuela, where he will attend the funeral of that country's president, Hugo Chavez, who died last Tuesday.
The rule also provides that the head of state is allowed to leave the country from 7 to 9 March. According to the preamble of the resolution, the Peruvian leader will be present in the tributes to surrender to Chavez.
