While the management
of Edwin Oviedo in front of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) has not been
challenged by how well it has fared the National Team Copa America 2015 in
command of Ricardo Gareca, who has been awarded as the “best coach” of the Copa
America 2015, the public complaint became notorious by the bad management
derived from within by members on accusations against Oviedo´s administration.

Franklin Chuquizuta,
A board member of the FPF the Peruvian FIFA federation, expressed its
disagreement with the "excessive" unnecessary spending being done by
the presidency of Oviedo in administrative expenses.
"I am
among those who believe that there should be as many workers in the Administration.
We need not waste so much money in the administrative part, but in the
development of the sport for the children and their development in it,
"said Chuquizuta in an interview by Radio Ovation.
In
response, the director of the FPF said, all expenses are expected to be
discussed by all and each one of the directory members. "Lately there are
convening in a next meeting and I am going to be asking that the documents to
be made to be handled previously and discussed by all members of the
board," he said.
That is why
Chuquizuta Franklin pointed to the marketing area in the FPF. "The
marketing area is one that worries me, we cannot pay that amount of money which
is something that I will make sure will raise the attention to all members in
the directory, this cannot be possibly done, too much money is spent. I am
concerned on how they are allocating all funds from the FPF, "he said.
Finally,
the director and members of the FPF board showed their support for Alberto Alberto
Tejada and Alberto Masias, whom submitted their resignations from their recently
awarded positions as CEO and member Head for the future players Youth and
Children Commission respectively.
