According to the SEIA/GTM Research U.S. Solar Market Insight Q3 2013 report there were 930 MW of solar PV installed in the second quarter of 2013, which means there is now 10,250 MW of solar energy in the U.S. (What's in a megawatt?) What does all that solar add up to? A lot of trees, it turns out.
