My father, owner of 1,200 hectares of land in Cieneguilla-Peru  he had two thoroughbred horse farms there, a racing track, training school yards, stalls, pools, houses for the crew, football stadium for the workers , stalls for 180, a brick factory, a mill, corn, wheat, alfalfa, grass, apple,   eucalyptus fields, and my mom was dedicated to purebred Holstein cattle, dad was in politics and second in power but in the late seventies there was a counter revolution by General Morales Bermudez that overthrew his government immediately, his opponent and enemy put him in jail taking all his possessions, bank accounts, personal belongings, properties, businesses,  and this new regime persecuted & jailed him in an personal  vendetta , because the previous year my dad found out that Morales who worked under his command was running an organized crime operation, since he discovered it and accused Morales of treason , when Morales took over the government by assault send my dad to jail with all kind of accusations and entrapments, when he was in jail he sent hit men to killed him, my dad later on survived and when he proved all charges where false and this was a farce he was freed by the Peruvian justice system and ended up exiled in Venezuela .

Then my father had suffered a terrible  injustice and set up foul play by this General thug, so he fled the country, my mother stay at the farm, back the father was the grandson of two time president  Agustin Gamarra who was the son of a Spanish liberator and freedom fighter a war hero at the Ingavi Battle, he started in politics very young and was the major of the city twice, in his thirties he was the second most powerful man in Perú after the president, my mother was left alone in the farm after he ran for his life and exile, in 1982 the neighbor farmer and dad´s friend  Ortiz de Zeballos sent some thugs to hit & hurt her when she crossed the Lurín River, ending up seriously wounded in the hospital, soon after she was attacked there were installed Orange Kiosks  in strategic lots of my dad´s land specially the most valued ones with Lurin´s river front,  where my father used to feed the mares and fowl, after she was  attacked by these thugs they left her half dead and they took over the land placing these kiosks with signs that read "FOR SALE BY ORTIZ DE ZEBALLOS" the police report was done, my mom ended in the hospital half dead and the thugs and the land trafficker were never apprehended  by the police and the local government.

Two years later in 1984 my mother runs for office and gets  elected Mayor of the city of Cienegulla, that was heroic and way ahead in female rights and achievements in a society ran by men, so she had lots of enemies right at the get go, specially illegal miners, squatters, land traffickers, and laundering money land lords involved in organized crime, but soon after the perpetrators local big guys in combination with O: Z:, Becerra, Alfaro, Suito and 30 some other invaders and land squatters entered the farm when the night got dark after shooting at us I grabbed my mother and took her out of the firing range and fled the attack around 1 am early morning and immediately the houses and the football field got invaded with a mob of people who were not from the county and installed huts and flags, these mobsters were protected by a contingent of about 25 elements of military men who were armed to the teeth,  they got into the farm at dawn right when my guardians slept, the plan was to eliminate us, to get us out of the possession of my father's land, this plan that had been elaborated by the local politicians who are part of the local organized crime of squatters and land invaders and traffickers land people linked to the high social spheres in Lima to Peruvian rings of power.

These local land traffickers had everyone fooled and convinced local Peruvian society to be of the lineage as they pretended to be noticed, said to be from a trustful and Nobel blood lineage related to the royal family in Spain, he mentioned his royal descent of Spanish Marquees, were linked to politics, and this is the original case of land dealers that Peru has today, where presidents, governors, mayors, officials public, groups of investors linked to illegal activities where they wash the assets of illegal mining, illegal logging, drug trafficking, influence brokers, lobbyists, millionaire mafias with money laundering, clean theft and crime in their new fiefs, shield themselves buying themselves to the press they make barter of publicity of sale of lands, thus nobody finds out and everything is washed, unpunished and protected by the same policeman because they bribe the corrupt policemen, who also become the new feudal lords, also the judges, the prosecutors, public officials of COFOPRI, the SUNARP

Promising them land with titles. 

Their legal main weapon is the law chapter # 2014 that is abiding their theft "the sale to third parties is legal if considered  in good faith" and the other law condition "acquisitive prescription of dominion" where these thugs will bribe everyone in the judiciary system to court procedure to slow judgments until all becomes sour and invalid, sometimes 10, 30, 30, 40 years  until you become fed up with everything and force you to give up, then  you watch everything  disappear, family, money, land, friends, everything disappear s in a corrupt system designed for thieves and thugs.

 They continue to usurp us with their organized crime network linked to the corpulent justice that is more injustice than anything, involving exchanges of "lots" to politicians, mayors, policemen, promise rich and informal property titles, but they can never deliver them, because they are swindlers, but when they promise and those who buy are believed, the traffic becomes an accomplice because it invades What is not theirs, the traffickers since 1982 are becoming the new Feudal lords of Peru. Amassing fortunes with powerful criminal partners because they make them accomplices by handing them plots and lots at ridiculous prices, such as the recent Chilca scandal where they sold 30 hectares of the nicest beach in Chilca for $ 4,000. So help me save, rescue, and recuperate my mom from these organized criminals who have her kidnapped,  they have her 24 hours secluded in a death  trap, in a luxury jail with bars around her  taking 10 drugs that are killing her slowly, she is 82 now and what they are giving her is taking her life away from her , I saw her 2 weeks ago and she looks awful.
