We must eliminate laws that undermine and violate the rights of all citizens, laws designed to fraud, the blatant theft of property and assets of Peruvians by networks of corruption in the system affecting the right to property and Article 2014 of the Civil Code "bona fide sale to third parties" because they promote impunity of thieves, swindlers, racketeers, usurpers, land speculators and property, perfect for launderers to political corruption that benefits from transactions under the table, ballast politicians and especially such laws undermine Peruvian democracy .
