On April 27, 2013, was arrested in the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN) Army General (R) Anthony Rivero flagrantly violating their right to defense under the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the international human rights treaties signed by the Republic.
