Another corruption case for the FBI in Peru

The Agroindustrial Tuman SAA, located in the province of Chiclayo in northern Peru, has over 8000 hectares of farmland devoted to planting sugarcane, making it one of the leading companies that contribute to the national economy. The sugar company for the past 20 years achieved revenues exceeding $ 6 million per month, its principal activity is sugarcane, the agro processing and marketing of sugar in the domestic and foreign markets; during the history of this agro-industrial ingenuity it is there if considered one of the best sugar companies worldwide. But as Tuman is a symbol of prosperity especially for the residents of the district where the factory and farmland is located, its history has also had periods of crisis being the sugar conflict where at present is to develop, due to mismanagement and investment management failure that the Oviedo Group made in this company for nine years. This economic group, was formed by Aurea, Elvis, Margarita Martin, Octavio and the Edwin Oviedo Pichotito brothers, Who is the recently FIFA elected and current president of the Peruvian Football Federation official membership and soccer brand representation, also has another lucky shot in the Peruvian sugar cane industry through its familiar brand in 2006 through an injunction filed in Superior Court of Justice, set up a judicial administration in Agroindustrial Tuman took the command and office for the sugar cane emporium with the slogan of restoring the company at today´s technological needs and recover sugar production by increasing farming and adding jobs to the local community, but these promises are gone with the wind as usual with corruption king ping in Peru’s corruption rings and Oviedo used Tuman sweetness and  made a sweet business to get rich by taking the company to the cleaners. According to recent statistical figures from documents obtained by the management company who does studies for the sugar cane industry´s  production for the country, since the Judicial Administration the Oviedo Group assumed the reins of the company, production rates and profitability of sugarcane they have declined in numbers and in their fields. From 2006 to 2014 the Oviedo Group has just managed to get 94 tons of cane per hectare to be processed and just managed to get 196 bags of 50 kilos of sugar each year. When Tuman was managed by their workers back in the late nineties from 1996 to 2005 per hectare could get 120 tons of sugar cane to produce about 243 bags of sugar and back in the time when the Age of Cooperatives from 1971 

  the dictator Velasco regime until 1994  the harvest per hectare was aprox 148 tonnes per hectare and 313 sugar bags. Given the above it is obvious that something went sour, someone is cashing in money under the table knowing that neither the investment plan that Oviedo and his group promised never happened nor the initial plan was executed. Only a series of cash and assets disappeared from the original numbers by embezzlement, breaching the payment of taxes and worse of all the devaluation of the assets of the sugar mill, at the same time workers have led the company into despair they are in discomfort, they aren´t getting paid what they are supposed to get which are mostly shareholders whom also assumed the loss, a two-month strike is at stake and that has as unique specifications for the unrest. We demand the removal of the judicial administration and everyone involved wants to fire the Oviedo Group. While the business scheme is in despair and total chaos was brought by the Oviedo Group who has not succeed to meet expectations and caused major loss to Tumán. His benefit was the opposite he has made millions with this takeover, he has gained the FIFA

 presidency in Peru, which it should be investigated by the FBI or the Interpol cause this if it has succeeded in giving benefits for his family businesses and bank accounts, an illegal and unjust benefit through the sugar companies who thousands depend on , such as marketing firms LEBANON D INVESTMENTS AND INVESTMENTS SAC SAC CHEMA , which acquired the white sugar product produced by Tumán at a ridiculous price well below the market. Then these companies bagged sugar under the famous Peruvian Pomalca trademark (Another sugar company that manages this Oviedo guy and his family group) and is delivered to the distributor who is also a member of his Family: MEGA SUPERMAYORISTAS SAC, responsible for operating the MEGA supermarkets in Lima and Cusco, where sugar is finally sold to other distributors for retail. Thus, a vicious economic circle perpetuated by them where the only winners are the Oviedo´s is generating them riches pocket money and bad fame used in the soccer fields. So now we can say that the group was never used for a just cause and an inclusive original purpose. Oviedo investor is not a social and economical solution but a mercantilist one, which was only used as an excuse by Edwin Oviedo Pichotito to make him a successful entrepreneur to reach the Peruvian Football FIFA as an honest candidate to the presidency of the institution moreover to make him the obvious sweet deal and price for the Federation.

Héctor Becerril es administrador judicial de azucarera Tumán

Documentos de los registros públicos han puesto de manifiesto que el congresista por Amazonas, Sr. Héctor Becerril, mintió en su hoja de vida. Tras ser elegido, se desempeñó como congresista ejerciendo simultáneamente el cargo de administrador judicial de la empresa azucarera Tumán, en donde el Estado tuvo participación.

Este grave hecho pone de manifiesto que el congresista vinculado al grupo Oviedo y principal interesado en las compras de acciones de Tumán, tendría incompatibilidad de funciones. El problema se le complica pues también se desempeñó en la comisión de agricultura del Congreso. Según la SUNARP, Zona registral II Sede Chiclayo, en la inscripción de Sociedades Anónimas de la Empresa Agroindustrial Tumán S. A C, con fecha 12 de octubre del 2006, con el visto del Sexto Juzgado Especializado Civil de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lambayeque, se designó como administrador judicial al Sr. Héctor Virgilio Becerril Rodríguez, con DNI Nº18205320. Curiosamente, en su hoja de vida presentada al Jurado Nacional de Elecciones, del candidato al congreso, Héctor Becerril, señala que desde el 2006 al 2011, trabajó como químico farmacéutico en el supuesto cargo de jefe de Control Patrimonial y Desarrollo Social en la empresa Agroindustrial Pomalca S.A.A, donde su hermano es el gerente y dependiente del grupo Oviedo. Tras los hechos se ha puesto en duda si el congresista por Amazonas y administrador judicial de la empresa Tumán, ha influenciado y velado por intereses particulares, ya que no renunció pese a haber asumido el cargo en el congreso. El grupo Oviedo tienen intereses en adquirir las acciones del Estado, que recientemente fue transferido a los trabajadores de Tumán. Becerril también hizo noticia hace unos meses, después de que este medio hiciera público el proyecto de ley de su autoría de que los químicos farmacéuticos como él puedan acceder a cargos directivos en empresas del Estado, hecho que pinta de cuerpo entero a este “padre de la patria”. Con fecha 21 de abril del presente año, el ciudadano Ebert Díaz, presentó una denuncia por incompatibilidad funcional probada del congresista señalado, en la comisión de Ética Parlamentaria del Congreso de la República, el cual tendrá que someterlo a investigación e incluso podría traerle su destitución. El representante por Amazonas, desde hace unos días también viene haciendo noticia en los medios de comunicación de esta parte de la región, por no querer conciliar y pagar el requerimiento de alimentos de su menor hijo. Este hecho ha sido duramente cuestionado por la población local, más aun conociéndose de sus vínculos con empresas azucareras demostradas con la presente información. (R. Villacrezt) EL DATO Durante la campaña electoral Héctor Becerril ganó votos de pobladores de escasos recursos económicos regalando bolsitas de azúcar, supuestamente de las azucareras que hasta ahora representa.
